MANUFACTURER Logset has appointed a new service business director.
Lasse Aalto assumed the role this month having previously held several key positions at John Deere Forestry.
In his new job, Lasse will oversee the strategic direction and operational management of Logset’s global service business, ensuring the customer satisfaction with the highest standards of service delivery.
He said: "I am excited to join Logset and look forward to contribute to the company’s continued success. Together, we will strive to exceed our customer’s expectations and set new benchmarks in service excellence."
Ron Back, CEO of Logset, said: "We are thrilled to welcome Lasse to the Logset team, becoming part of our exciting growth path forward.
"He has a proven track record and broad experience. Together with his forward-looking vision for global service he will be significant in driving our service business forward and enhancing our customer experience."
Logset has had a steady revenue over EUR 50 million for the last years, which included "modest growth" in all sectors during recent challenges in the global market situation.
