THE official FAE App has been upgraded with new features for all customers with RCU55 or RCU75 remote-controlled tracked carriers.
This new functionality makes it possible to interact with and manage the machine even more precisely and efficiently.
There are three new FAE App functions available for RCUs:
- Real-time information. The app’s interface makes it possible to monitor machine operation data like the diesel engine’s load percentage, instant fuel economy, and working pressure.
- Diagnostics. On the rare occasion of a machine failure, the FAE app now provides a description of the malfunction, and the parts involved. It also allows users to export problem reports to facilitate repairs.
- Scheduled maintenance. Users receive required maintenance alerts, including the number of hours remaining until the next scheduled maintenance and a list of required maintenance work.
In the future, other smart functions for RCUs will be implemented, to help end-users and increase the vehicle’s efficiency and productivity.
The FAE App is available for iPhone and Android.
