ENTRIES are now open for the UK Forwarder Driving Championships – which is returning to the APF in September.
The country's leading operators will go head-to-head at the Ragley Estate to see who is the best behind the controls of a John Deere 1110G.
Sponsored by Richard Court Engineering and Coombes Forestry, the contest will take place across all three days of the forestry exhibition on a large 90m x 60m arena.
An APF statement added: "An exciting and challenging hilly course will test operator’s skills and judgement and will be against the clock. Competitors will have just 15 minutes to complete the course.
"There will be daily prizes donated by John Deere for the fastest time as well as a fantastic trophy for the overall winner."
The competition is now open for entries. Spaces are limited and entries will be accepted on a first come, first served basis.
An entry form is available in the Events & Competitions page on the APF 2024 website or can be downloaded from https://rcfengineering.co.uk/uk-forwarder-driving-championships-2024/.
Entries might be accepted on the day subject to availability.
