EXHIBITOR bookings for APF 2024 – the UK’s largest exhibition for the forestry, woodland, arboriculture, fencing, trees and timber sectors in the UK – are now open.
The show will take place once again across three days at Ragley Estate, Alcester, Warwickshire, from 19 to 21 September 2024.
At the last show, in 2022, 320 exhibitors and over 23,000 visitors attended, and the organisers hope to exceed that total in 2024.
Exhibition secretary Ian Millward said: “We are delighted to have opened for bookings for APF 2024 and to be able to return once again to Ragley Estate, which has proved to be so popular with both exhibitors and visitors.

“APF 2022 was a hugely popular event and we are looking to build on that for APF 2024.”
Bag Supplies was first off the mark to book its 2024 stand within 30 minutes of bookings opening.
APF 2022 exhibitors have first refusal on their 2022 sites, provided they book and pay for their stand by 30 September 2023.
Ian urged 2022 exhibitors to book early to avoid missing out.
He said: “We don’t want 2022 exhibitors to leave it too late and find the prime stand they had last time has gone.”
From 1 October, remaining sites will be made available to all new exhibitors. The first site meeting for new exhibitors to see the site and book a stand is Wednesday, 4 October at 2pm at Kings Court Hotel, Alcester, B49 5QQ.
Maps , booking forms and a list of who exhibited in 2022 are available in the e section of the website.
