FOLLOWING the success of its recent Lantra courses, Jas P Wilson has decided to offer some new dates at the end of April for firewood processor and forestry winch accreditation.
In-house instructor John Templeton will be running a block of Lantra-accredited and certificated machinery training courses from Wilson’s Dalbeattie training centre on the following dates:

- Friday, 29 April – Forestry Winch (four spaces) £250/candidate
- Saturday, 30 April – Firewood Processor (four spaces) £250/candidate
Each course will take a full working day (9am–5pm) with lunch provided. Each certificate lasts for five years.
Discounted accommodation is available locally if required – a good option for those travelling from further afield, or those looking to book onto both days of training. Enquire for full details and the additional associated costs.
Places are offered on a first come, first served basis and a non-refundable/transferable deposit of £50 per candidate will be required, which will be deducted from the overall cost.
