PREMIUM countryside festival The Game Fair has partnered with Forestry Journal to deliver the Forestry Journal Pavilion at this year’s three-day event, bringing the best of the industry to a huge audience.
Set to take place from Friday 23 to Sunday 25 July at Ragley Hall in Warwickshire, The Game Fair is one of a few national events given the green light to run this year. Organisers have already signed up more than 700 exhibitors, including 30 household names in the land and estate sections such as John Deere, Mitsubishi Tractors, Kubota and Suzuki.
Forestry Journal will be hosting the Forestry Journal Pavilion, which will provide a turnkey showcase for exhibitors looking for a simple exhibiting solution this year.
Companies looking to test the event for the first time or those that want a simple solution can opt to exhibit in the pavilion while those looking for larger stands will be offered locations nearby.
Since announcing its ‘We’re Good to Go’ certification from VisitBritain, The Game Fair has been inundated with enquiries from brands wanting to exhibit in its booming Land & Estate Management area.
Former exhibitors at APF may find an entirely new audience, while visitors from APF and the Royal Welsh Show are expected in good numbers. Meanwhile, the government’s new temporary tax reliefs on qualifying capital asset investments from 1 April 2021 will give exhibitors showcasing machinery a real boost in sales.

Located in the north-east corner of the show next to a main entrance, the Land & Estate Management area features an ATV course and machinery demo ring plus dedicated areas for forestry management, glamping, rural business innovation and education.
The visitor demographic is ideal for the Land & Estate Management sector, with research revealing that its 115,000 visitors are made up of landowners, farmers and estate managers who are responsible for 80 per cent of UK land.
Managing director James Gower commented that Land & Estate Management is a vital part of The Game Fair: “The event was founded in 1958 as a place where keepers and landowners could come together to discuss issues, ideas and plans for growth. This essential part of The Game Fair is still dedicated to connecting those people with businesses that offer services and products that will help their rural business survive and grow. By exhibiting in Land & Estate Management, brands can promote services and products to an engaged, captured and targeted audience who have the mindset and means to buy.”
As well as Land & Estate Management, the much-loved festival of the countryside covers everything from archery, clay pigeon shooting and food to equestrian, fishing, dogs and falconry.
