This article is part of our series of coverage from 2023's Confor Woodland Show. A full feature is in October's edition of the magazine, and we'll have lots more content across our channels.
OTHER machinery-focused exhibitors included Fuelwood, Jas P Wilson, and Merlo, while excavator attachment specialist Exac-One impressed by demonstrating its new Woodsman cone splitter, fitted to a Wacker-Neuson.
Also demonstrating at the show was B Price Mus-Max, with both its Mus-Max WT11 Hack Truck and the Mus-Max Wood Terminator 8, the latter being particularly close to owner Ben Price’s heart. Painted in distinctive pink and blue, the chipper is helping to raise money for Cancer Research and Young Lives vs Cancer.
“We have had it since January and have run it around a few local shows, trying to raise as much money for the charities as we can,” Ben said. “We did one little job for someone and then knocked a little off the bill in lieu of a donation.

“It’s a serious bit of kit. We are running it on a Valtra t234, which runs it really well. It’s a great machine.
“People just can’t believe the paint colour! And everyone is impressed by the machine. They don’t think it’ll chip much.”
Elsewhere, B Price recently became the distributor for Palms trailers, and it had brought along one to show off.
“We have had Palms for about six months now and we have just sold our first one,” Ben said. “The reaction has been good, and people seem pretty positive about them.
“The build quality is very good on them.”
